About the Role:

Join Executive Home Care of Fort Myers as a Caregiver Who Takes Pride in Doing the Job Right! In this rewarding position, you will provide compassionate care to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and physical well-being.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
