    Are you an experienced Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, or Professional Caregiver ready to grow beyond direct care — without leaving it behind?

    We created this role for an experienced caregiver who wants to grow — without walking away from the meaningful work of caring for clients. We are hiring a Caregiver & Recruiter to split time between:

    Supporting healthcare recruiting, interviewing, and caregiver hiring

    Providing 1:1 in-home care for seniors

    Caregiver Responsibilities (Direct Care)

    Personal care (ADLs), bathing, dressing, mobility assistance

    Companionship and safety supervision

    Dementia and senior care support

    Accurate documentation

    Professional communication with clients and families

    Recruiter Responsibilities (Office-Based)

    Post caregiver job ads (HHA, CNA, Direct Care Worker)

    Review applications and screen candidates

    Conduct caregiver interviews

    Coordinate background checks and onboarding paperwork

    Track recruiting metrics and hiring pipeline

    Support caregiver retention and engagement

    You will receive training in interviewing, recruiting, compliance, and healthcare staffing operations.

    Qualifications

    3 years of experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or Caregiver

    Strong communication and customer service skills

    Professional, organized, and reliable

    Comfortable using basic computer systems

    Interest in recruiting, interviewing, and leadership growth

    Schedule

    40 hours per week

    Monday–Friday

    Scheduled between 7:00 am–7:00 pm (mostly 9 am – 5 pm)

    One on-call week per month ($100 stipend)

    No scheduled weekend shifts (outside of on-call)

    Pay & Benefits

    Starting at $20/hour

    Paid Time Off (accrues Day 1; available after 90 days)
