About the Role:

Perris Oases is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver & Med-Tech to join our team in Perris, CA. Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Administer medications accurately and on schedule in accordance with care plans and state regulations

Monitor and document residents' health status, behaviors, and any changes in condition

Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure resident safety

Build trusting, supportive relationships with residents and their families

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all residents

Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members regarding resident needs

Requirements:

Prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or in a similar caregiving role preferred

Valid California Medication Technician (Med-Tech) certification or willingness to obtain

Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow individualized care plans

Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a resident-first attitude

Ability to pass a background check and health screening

Strong communication and documentation skills
