Assisting Hands Home Care is a non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing assistance to seniors and individuals needing support in the comfort of their own homes.
We're seeking caregivers who are patient, caring, and possess excellent communication skills. As a caregivers you will make a significant impact in the life of others by providing one-on-one care.
Join our Team if:
Are able to work independently and maintain appropriate patient confidentiality.
Are able to read, write, and speak English
Are able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.
You have a Driver's License
Proof of Auto Insurance
Reliable transportation.
As a caregiver, you will be responsible for:
Bringing positive energy into each home you serve
Engaging clients in meaningful activities for both mind and body
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Personal hygiene, Bathing, Dressing, Toileting ect:
Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dusting, and sweeping
Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding (if needed)
Providing medication reminders
Transporting or accompanying clients to medical appointments or social outings
