Location: Milwaukee, WI 53206 Schedule: 3 days per week | 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Days to be determined) Job Type: Part-time

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to support a client in their home. This role focuses on providing personal care and daily living assistance while ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort in a home environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care and hygiene support

Provide assistance with transfers, including use of a Hoyer lift

Support client who uses a wheelchair with mobility needs

Assist with meal preparation

Perform light housekeeping tasks

Provide medication reminders

Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Provide companionship and supportive care

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

Experience with Hoyer lift and transfers is a plus (training may be provided)

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Able to follow a care plan and communicate effectively

Physically able to assist with transfer-related tasks
