Location: Milwaukee, WI 53225 Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Every Other Weekend: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Job Type: Part-time

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to support a client in their home. This role focuses on providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing and showering

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with dressing and personal grooming

Provide incontinence care

Prepare simple meals

Perform light housekeeping tasks

Help maintain a safe and clean home environment

Assist with transfers and mobility needs as outlined in the care plan

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required

Experience providing incontinence care

Experience using a Hoyer lift

Ability to safely assist with client transfers and handle client weight requirements

Reliable, punctual, and compassionate

Able to follow a care plan and communicate effectively

Comfortable caring for a non-verbal client
