About the Role:

Join CARING MINDS HEALTH SERVICES LLC as a Caregiver, where you will provide compassionate support to members in the comfort of their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in Payson, AZ, while being part of a dedicated and caring team.

Responsibilities:

Assist members with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for our members.

Monitor and document changes in members' health and report to healthcare professionals as needed.

Help with mobility and physical exercises to promote physical wellness.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for members.

Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is highly desirable.

Valid CPR and First Aid certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various member locations.

Background check clearance and adherence to company policies.
