About Us
At Arcadia Senior Care, we provide a warm, supportive, and home-like environment where seniors can thrive. Our team is dedicated to fostering dignity, respect, and joy in daily living.
We are an Adult Foster Home, which means we serve seniors in a smaller, family-style setting rather than a large institutional facility. Adult foster homes are an important part of the senior care system because they allow residents to live in a true home, with personalized care, meaningful relationships, and a sense of belonging. For staff, this also means more time to connect with residents one-on-one, a less rushed pace, and a chance to make a real difference every day.
Position Overview
This is a hybrid role combining two important responsibilities:
Activities Coordinator – Plan and lead engaging, meaningful activities that promote social interaction, physical movement, and mental stimulation for residents.
On-Call Caregiver – Be available to step in and provide hands-on care when regular staff need support, ensuring residents receive consistent, quality care.
This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, dependable, and enjoys working with seniors in both recreational and caregiving capacities.
