Hiring: Full-Time Caregiver Location: Three Rivers / Schoolcraft, MI Company: Care Watch of Michigan Home Care Pay Rate: $15.88 – $16.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

As a caregiver with Care Watch of Michigan, you will provide essential non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Support & Personal Care

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene needs.

Offer individualized support tailored to each client’s personal goals and routines.

Encourage physical and emotional well-being through compassionate companionship and positive interaction.

Meal Assistance & Household Tasks

Support clients in meal preparation, involving them and their loved ones when possible.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment by tidying up client beds, floors, and shared living areas.

Ensure the client’s daily environment promotes safety, ease of movement, and comfort.

Additional Duties

Follow client care plans and supervisor guidance to ensure consistent and high-quality care.

Communicate observations or changes in client condition to the supervisor or care team.

Perform other tasks as assigned to support client health and well-being.

Pay Rate: $15.88 – $16.00 per hour

Shift Schedule:

Morning / Day Shift (First Shift)

Monday through Friday

3-hour shifts

Must be reliable, punctual, and compassionate

Ability to work independently and follow care instructions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to the Three Rivers / Schoolcraft, MI area before starting the position

Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required – training will be provided
