About the Role

Saved by Grace Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregivers who have their own client to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN.

Compensation

$18–$19 per hour 21+ hours available

Responsibilities

Caregivers will provide quality, one-on-one care to their assigned client in a home setting, including:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Provide companionship and emotional support

Follow the client's individualized care plan

Observe and report changes in the client's health, behavior, or condition

Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean environment

Promote the client's comfort, dignity, independence, and overall well-being

Communicate professionally with the client, family members, and care team

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have your own client who requires caregiving services

Previous caregiving, Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), or similar experience preferred

Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy for individuals receiving care

Ability to assist with physical tasks, including mobility and transfers

Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent client care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow care plans and company policies

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Must be located in or able to reliably commute to Indianapolis, Indiana

Must be willing to complete required company onboarding and documentation
