    Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 / hour

    Schedule: 20 to 40 hours/week (Full-time, Part-time, & PRN available)

    Key Responsibilities

    Working under the guidance of a Nursing Supervisor, you will deliver compassionate, personalized care following each client’s unique plan:

    Personal Care Assistance: Help with bathing, dressing/undressing, hygiene, oral care, toileting, and monitoring vital signs or measurements as required.

    Daily Living Support: Prepare meals, assist with feeding, perform light housekeeping, change linens, and assist with specialized care (e.g., emptying catheters/ostomy bags).

    Companion & Transport Services: Escort clients to medical appointments, shopping runs, and enjoyable outdoor activities.

    Candidate Requirements

    Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

    Experience: At least 1 year of documented healthcare/caregiving experience.

    Certifications & Health Clearances: Valid CPR certification and a negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray).

    Transportation: Valid driver’s license with an insured, reliable personal vehicle.
