Job Overview We are seeking energetic and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Cave Creek. This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality assistance with daily activities, patient monitoring, and personalized care plans. Whether you’re experienced or new to caregiving, your dedication will make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Duties

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts if necessary

Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding if required

Medication reminders following prescribed care plans and document all medication administration accurately

Support clients during outings or community activities to promote independence and social engagement

Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry

Qualifications

Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes

Knowledge of first aid, CPR

Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s/dementia, or memory care needs

Strong patient observation skills to monitor health status and respond appropriately

Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity necessary for assisting clients with mobility or transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts

Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
