What You’ll Do

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and transfers

Support clients with mobility exercises as defined by their care plan

Run errands: grocery shopping, pharmacy, doctor appointments

Provide companionship and daily assistance

Document observed changes and communicate with the Director of Nursing

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle recommended

Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Strong communication skills in English

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist clients as needed

Commitment to client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

COVID-19 vaccine encouraged but not required

Work Location

On the road – visiting clients in the Ypsilanti, MI area
