Intercede Home Healthcare is a growing, professional home care agency providing high-quality, non-medical in-home support throughout Montgomery and Chester County, including King of Prussia, Exton, Paoli, and surrounding areas.

We're expanding our caregiver team and are looking for dependable, compassionate people who want flexible opportunities and the chance to grow with a structured, supportive agency.

Position Overview

As a caregiver with Intercede, you will provide personalized support to clients in their homes. We offer a range of cases, including:

• Hands-on personal care (ADLs and mobility support, etc.)
• Companion care (light support, supervision, engagement)

We are currently onboarding caregivers for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts , with both part-time and PRN opportunities available.

Responsibilities May Include :

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Mobility support and safe transfers (as needed)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Companionship and social engagement
• Monitoring client safety and well-being
• Following care plans and documenting services provided
• Assist with errands and appointments

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (home care preferred)
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to provide hands-on care when required
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass background check and onboarding requirements

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to safely assist clients with mobility, including transfers, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25–30 lbs, as required for client care.

Preferred:

• Access to a reliable vehicle (strongly encouraged for consistent scheduling)
• Experience with personal care cases and dementia cases is
