Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver – Reliable & Committed

We are seeking dependable, punctual caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to clients throughout Connecticut. Our clients rely on consistent, reliable support, and attendance is essential.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong reliability and punctuality — showing up as scheduled is required

Commitment to assigned shifts and clients

Professional communication if issues arise

Willingness to work with clients across CT based on availability

Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Provide companionship and supervision

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Follow care plans and agency policies

Report changes in client condition promptly

Preferred Experience (Strongly Valued):

Experience using Sandata EVV

Familiarity with Hoyer lift and gait belt assistance

Experience caring for clients with dementia or cognitive impairment

Requirements:

Proven reliability and attendance

Ability to commit to scheduled shifts

Background check required
