What Your Days Look Like

You'll help clients living with Dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. That includes:

Personal care — bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene, always with dignity

Mobility support, safe transfers, and gentle redirection for memory care clients

Preparing meals and assisting at mealtimes

Light housekeeping, errands, grocery runs, and prescription pick-ups

Driving clients to appointments and outings

Keeping an eye on wellbeing and looping in the care team when something changes

Above all — being the calm, consistent presence clients and families rely on

Who Thrives Here

Caregivers with hands-on experience, ideally with memory care or neurodegenerative conditions

Patient, dependable, and truly compassionate people

Clear communicators who work well with clients, families, and teammates

Those who can follow a personalized care plan — and adapt when life doesn't

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Able to pass a background check and provide a current TB test

Safe transfer technique experience

Memory care best-practice know-how
