💵 Pay Rates + Bonus 🧑‍⚕️ PCA – $15.00/hr 👩‍⚕️ Nursing Assistant – $15.50/hr 🩺 CNA – $16.50/hr ⭐ + $0.50/hr raise after completing required training

👣 What You’ll Do 🤝 Provide companionship & emotional support 🛁 Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing & toileting 🧺 Light housekeeping & laundry 🍽️ Prepare simple, nutritious meals 💊 Medication reminders 🚗 Accompany clients to appointments & errands 🧠 Use dementia-friendly care techniques (training provided)

✅ Requirements ✔️ Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification ✔️ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license ✔️ Strong communication skills ✔️ Ability to lift 25 lbs & comfortable with pets ✔️ Dementia care experience (preferred) ✔️ Ability to pass a background check 💙 Most importantly — a genuine heart for service
