    Executive Home Care of Fairfax are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Home Caregivers servicing the NOVA area. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized and attentive home care services.     Responsibilities:

    ● Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

    ● Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

    ● Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, nutritional needs, and medication reminders

    ● Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.

    ● Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.

    ● Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.

    ● Follow established care plans and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    ● High school diploma or equivalent.

    ● Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.

    ● Prior experience in caregiving, either in a home care setting or a healthcare facility.

    ● CPR and First Aid certification.

    ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    ● Ability to provide compassionate and person-centered care.

    ● Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required for the position).
