About the Role: Green Tree Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our team and support clients in the Mira Mesa community. If you're passionate about making a positive impact and providing high-quality care, this is your opportunity to help individuals live comfortably and safely at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional encouragement to support overall wellness.
Remind clients to take medications and observe changes in their condition.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment.
Support clients with mobility and light physical exercises to promote independence.
Accurately document care activities and communicate updates to families or healthcare providers.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure quality care delivery.
Participate in ongoing caregiver training and development.
Requirements:
Experience in home care, senior care, or a related caregiving role is preferred.
Compassionate, reliable, and patient with strong communication skills.
Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical needs.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must pass a background check and meet all state care requirements.
