    Summary: Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all community outreach activities. This position report to the management team to develop and implement initiatives that will increase company visibility within surrounding community.

    Education and Work Experience: Associate degree in human services, social work, public health, or related fields.

    Nature & Scope-Principal Areas of Responsibilities:

    Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, appearances, and other communication/activity opportunities.

    Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers, to generate client leads.

    Develop and execute outreach plans to promote the agency's services to potential clients, community organizations, and healthcare professionals.

    Develops and maintains all overall understanding of company department and roles. Works closely with various individuals, departments, and committees facilitating cross-functional involvement.

    Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate the community and potential clients about the agency's homecare services and benefits.

    Monitor and analyze outreach efforts, track leads, and provide regular reports on outreach activities and their impact on client acquisition.

    Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other promotional activities to increase awareness of the agency's offerings.

    Coordinate with the intake and scheduling departments to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and facilitate effective communication between clients and the agency.

    Identifies ways to improve the quality of training provided by department managers. Designs, creates, and maintains training presentations and tools for company.

    Conducts market and industry research and integrates into current marketing strategy.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to effectively communicate the agency's value proposition.

    Coordinates daily marketing rounds throughout the community and surrounding areas. Passes out marketing materials to increase exposure of Caretruly services offered.

    Supplies weekly marketing reports to Supervisor. This will include the contacts made out in the community and surrounding areas.

    Work with Supervisor to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly client census goals.

    Assist with Client and PCW satisfaction surveys as directed by Supervisor.
