    Summary: The Human Resource Assistant will effectively and efficiently coordinate the daily functions of the Personal Care Workers (PCW) and assure staffing for their respective clients. MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH).

    Job Description:

    • Provide Personal Care Workers (PCW) and Nursing staffing seamless, comprehensive, and timely client coverage.

    • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of PCW schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches.

    • Coordinate PCWs schedules for 100+ clients daily requiring occasional on-call duties, including after hour coverage, holidays, and weekends.

    • Accept and transfer calls to and from clients, families, facilities and other entities and triage to the appropriate Case Manager, Supervisor, or other personnel.

    • Communicates with all PCWs daily to adjust and/or add time clock entries, work hours, schedules and fill open shifts.

    • Work closely with PCWs to verify hours of availability, current work schedule and ensures FTE status matches appropriately with clients.

    • Approves and informs Human Resources of any overtime requested and/or worked by PCWs.

    • Reviews completed on-site supervisory visits to ensure PCWs are meeting care and skill expectation goals for clients.

    • Solely responsible for coordinating, entering, and auditing hours for payroll/billing on a weekly basis ensuring the entry is timely and accurate.

    • Accurately log all activity in the Electronic Health Record ensuring computer data and files are accurate and updated for PCW and client relating to human resources, scheduling, and availability.

    • Anticipates PCW staff needs and works with Human Resources to ensure that an adequate pool of employees is maintained. Ensuring all clients requesting service hours are staffed with appropriate personnel.

    • Participates in the orientation and training of PCWs ensuring KSAs meet expectations for assignments or tasks.

    • Keeps the Nursing and Retention Departments informed of any PCW and/or Client incidents and works with Human Resources to bring resolution to any identified problems.

    • Assist with Client and PCW satisfaction surveys as directed by Supervisor.

    • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by monitoring confidential information.
