We are looking for a CRM Application Intern to join our CRM Team. Our CRM Team focuses on software that helps our customers manage the relationships they have with their own customers. As our CRM Application Intern, you will get to work with our sales team and consultants, and report directly to the VP of the department.  

Duties Include:

• Prospect Mining on LinkedIn and through online research
• Data clean-up on customer base in CRM
• Video content development – Marketing/technical videography
• Focused marketing campaign including: articulating campaign components, developing key messages, analyzing data sets to identify target market segments, online mining to identify leads, creating content (articles, communications, etc.), developing project plan
• Curate content mining for LinkedDNA sales initiative

Education / Experience:

• Junior or Senior in college
• Pursuing a degree in Communication, Filmology, Business, Marketing, or related field

Required Skills / Knowledge:

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal staff
• Read, write, understand, and speak English fluently

Preferred Skills / Knowledge:

• Video editing experience
• Adobe suite of products

Internship Specifics:

• 12 – 16 week internships, depending on the needs of the student and/or requirements of school
• Flexible start dates between May and August, based on school schedule and needs of the student

Covid-19 Details:

As of the date of this job posting, our teams are all working 100% remotely. However, we are closely monitoring Covid-19 and case counts in the general Lancaster, PA area. We are following the guidance of the CDC as well as State and Local officials for how to safely proceed in opening the office again. We will continue evaluating remote work arrangements as we get closer to the start of our Summer Internship Program. Internships may be remote, in the office, or a hybrid of both, depending on the pandemic situation at that time.
