CARIBBEAN CATERERS IS A FULL-SERVICE OFF-PREMISE CATERING AND EVENT DESIGN COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN FINE DINING AND SPECIAL EVENTS SUCH AS WEDDINGS, EMBASSY PARTIES, AND GALAS.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HIGH-PERFORMING SALES MANAGER TO HELP US MEET OUR CUSTOMER ACQUISITION AND REVENUE GROWTH TARGETS BY KEEPING OUR COMPANY COMPETITIVE AND INNOVATIVE. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAXIMIZING OUR SALES POTENTIAL AND CRAFTING SALES PLANS. OUTSIDE OF MANAGING THE INBOUND AND OUTSIDE SALES CHANNELS, YOU WILL FOCUS MOST ATTENTION ON OUR BUYER’S JOURNEY AND MANAGING OUR SALES FUNNEL. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MANAGER WHO IS CLIENT-FOCUSED AND CAN THINK CREATIVELY ABOUT MOVING CLIENTS TO THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THEIR EVENT.

OUR SALES MANAGER IS A FULL-TIME MANAGEMENT POSITION. WE ARE CURRENTLY USING A HYBRID SYSTEM OF WORKING IN THE OFFICE AND AT HOME. WE ARE BASED IN THE TWINBROOK AREA OF ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ACHIEVE GROWTH AND HIT SALES TARGETS BY SUCCESSFULLY MANAGING THE SALES TEAM
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT A STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLAN THAT EXPANDS THE COMPANY’S CUSTOMER BASE AND ENSURE IT’S STRONG PRESENCE
BUILD AND PROMOTE STRONG, LONG-LASTING VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS BY PARTNERING WITH THEM AND UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS
PRESENT SALES, REVENUE AND EXPENSES REPORTS AND REALISTIC FORECASTS TO THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
IDENTIFY EMERGING MARKETS AND MARKET SHIFTS WHILE BEING FULLY AWARE OF NEW PRODUCTS AND COMPETITION STATUS
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
BS/MS DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR A RELATED FIELD
2 YEARS OF SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
CONSISTENTLY MEETING AND EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS
ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK, PRIORITIZE AND MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY
EFFICIENT USE OF CRM TO STREAMLINE WORKFLOW
