Technology Services Group Manager

The Technology Services Group Manager supports Carilion's hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities and Manages appropriate Technology Support Group applications across the Carilion system. Technology Services Group Manager manages daily operations including providing services and support to all clients, leading staff, vendor contact, and implementation of policies and procedures, and provides input to tactical and strategic goals, and champions change while providing excellent client service and support.

• Must have experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft OneDrive, Citrix XenApp, and VMware ESXi in an enterprise environment.
• Must have experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems in an enterprise environment utilizing enterprise management tools such as Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, or other deployment tools.
• Linux and AIX Unix experience preferred.
• Must have familiarity with enterprise class storage platforms as well.
• Strong project and time management skills a must.
