We are actively seeking a caring and professional to work as a Field Staff Supervisor to oversee our caregivers and act as a company representative to our clients. This person must also be willing to contribute to the quality atmosphere and culture of Caring Family Home Care Services.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Will maintain all agency and state required supervisor visits
• Conduct meet and greets, first shadowing and random field visit when necessary
• Orients and train staff to ensure best practice and standards of care are met
• Identify and communicate safety concerns
• Supervise caregivers to ensure compliance and safety to all patients and caregivers
• Perform other company duties as needed

Qualifications:

2+ Years’ experience in a Home Care Customer Service role.
HHA Sertification
Strong typing and computer skills
Well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail
Excellent communication, public relations and follow up skills
Experience with HHA Exchange and EVV
Drivers License and your own Car is a must
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
