CARL BLACK Automotive: Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
*Provide a professional customer service experience to all customers that enter Carl Black Automotive.
*Must be proficient with technology relating to telephone systems and PC knowledge.
*Provides receptionist, administrative and secretarial support.
*Operate multi-line Polycom telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel or department.
*Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
*Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies.
*Preparing special projects including large office events.
*Interface at a high level with internal and external executives that visit the dealership.
*Perform various clerical duties.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
*Be a multi-tasker.
*Must have working knowledge of PCs, word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience a must)
*Must have knowledge working a CRM system on a PC.
*Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges.
*Excellent Customer Service Skills
*Must be able to work weekends and have open availability.
