We are seeking an exceptionally talented and detail-oriented Jr. Interior Designer with at least THREE years of experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to develop unique concepts that cater to our discerning clientele's needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the design team to develop innovative and unique interior design concepts for luxury residential and yachting projects.
2. Utilize advanced design software to produce high-quality drawings, renderings, and presentations.
3. Conduct research and analysis on materials, finishes, and products to ensure the highest quality and functionality of design solutions.
4. Assist in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring smooth coordination with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
5. Work diligently to meet project deadlines and follow the directions of senior designers and management.
6. Present design ideas and concepts to clients and senior designers in a clear and persuasive manner.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the interior design industry to continuously elevate the firm's creative output.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
2. Three years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in luxury residential or yachting projects.
3. Exceptional creativity, aesthetics, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
6. Detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Impeccable time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and follow directions from superiors.
8. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
