Compensation: • $110,000+ depending on work ethic Responsibilities: • Graduate from PLACE Launch • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology • Conduct two open houses monthly • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards • Participate in team activities per team standards • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market home • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging and other listing-related services Qualifications: • Team player • Licensed or seeking license for real estate professional • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Learning based, growth-minded • Organized • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues • Excellent time management skills • Has a car • Willing to drive long distances to show properties Compensation: $110,000+ Expected First-Year Earnings
