Carlson Tool & Manufacturing is seeking experienced 2nd Shift CNC Machinists to create a wide variety of precision components operating Mazak Lathes AND we're offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities include:

• Write CNC Programs, Perform Set Ups, Operate CNC Lathes and Inspect your own parts.
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes.
• Maintain a safe working environment.

What you need to succeed:

• 3+ years of experience operating CNC Lathe machines.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
• Ability to Calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.
• Mazatrol programming required.
• Mastercam programming is a plus.

• Shop Math Skills

• CAM Software (Mazatrol)

Salary info:

$19.80 - $31.90 / hr
