** Carlson Tool & Manufacturing is seeking experienced 1st Shift CNC Machinists to create a wide variety of precision components operating Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers, AND we’re offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus!**

Responsibilities include:

• Write CNC Programs, Perform Set Ups, Operate CNC Vertical & Horizontal Machining Centers, and Inspect your own parts.
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes.
• Maintain a safe working environment.

What you need to succeed:

• 3+ years of experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
• Ability to Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.
• Mastercam programming required.

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan)
• CAM Software (Mastercam)
• Calipers and Micrometers
• Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis) (Haas, Okuma, Doosan)

Salary info:

$20 - $35.20 / hr
