    Carolina Center for ABA and Autism Treatment is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism, and their families. As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for a full-time Scheduler (i.e., Client Care Coordinator) to help us in managing our clients' care and our providers' scheduling needs to ensure we provide the most effective and efficient clinical care. The Client Care Coordinator will be an integral part of the clinical support team, uniquely possessing a comprehensive, company-wide perspective on the needs of our clients and the scheduling of our outstanding providers.

    Role/Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage schedule for all Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (“BCBA's”) across multiple clinical locations, ensuring clients have quick and continued access to care
    • Collaborate with client intake department, authorizations department, and human resources to ensure efficient onboarding of new clients and timely staffing of new clinical hires
    • Utilize practice management software to manage availability and company-wide distribution of clinical caseload
    • Work closely with new clients to tailor provision of services to clients' availability and clinical recommendation, per each client's Plan of Care
    • Manage ongoing re-scheduling needs resulting from changes in client availability, staff availability, or as necessary to provide highest-quality clinical care
    • Communicate initial case assignments and ongoing schedule revisions with clinical team
    • Monitor, analyze, understand and report on new recruiting and hiring needs, as determined by current client waitlists, accounting for geographic and timing constraints
    • Manage provider credentialing across third-party payors, ensuring availability of clinical staff for case assignment
    • Recommend and implement process improvements in the areas of resource scheduling, time reporting and capacity management
    • Maintain positive relationships with all clients and their families, prospective clients, clinical staff, prospective employees, fellow team members and referral sources

    Required Experience:

    • Required Bachelor's degree
    • Required experience working in scheduling systems to manage the schedules of a large group of individuals, matching supply with demand for services, in any industry
    • Desired experience in healthcare services in a clinical setting, and familiar working with clients, providers and payors
    • Familiarity with ABA and Autism services, authorization procedures, and/or CentralReach platform are a plus
