Human Resources Generalist

JOB SUMMARY
In this role, the Human Resources Generalist will help in managing our employee onboarding and certification management processes. They will also lean in on a variety of other tasks including professional development and performance management. They will be an integral part of the operations team, working closely with the Human Resources Manager to ensure employees have the best experience. The Human Resources Generalist will engage with a broad base of employees and work on a variety of Human Resources initiatives.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and preferably Teams
Bachelor's degree (Preferred in Human Resources or relevant field from an appropriately accredited institution and 1 year of experience required; or 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination or education and experience )
Familiarity with Zenefits, Central Reach, or other HRIS systems are a plus
