    We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our rapidly growing organization.     JOB SUMMARY 

    In this role, the Human Resources Generalist will help in managing our employee onboarding and certification management processes. They will also lean in on a variety of other tasks including professional development and performance management. They will be an integral part of the operations team, working closely with the Human Resources Manager to ensure employees have the best experience. The Human Resources Generalist will engage with a broad base of employees and work on a variety of Human Resources initiatives.  

    REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES:

    • Personable with strong interpersonal skills – remains open to others' ideas and possesses high level of interpersonal skills, including poise, diplomacy, and sensitivity when dealing with all customers, both internal and external 

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and preferably Teams 

    • Bachelor's degree (Preferred in Human Resources or relevant field from an appropriately accredited institution and 1 year of experience required; or 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination or education and experience ) 

    • Familiarity with Zenefits, Central Reach, or other HRIS systems are a plus

     

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:  

    Employee Lifecycle Management 

    • Coordinate with the recruiting team to understand the current pipeline and ensure tracking tools contain up-to-date information  
    • Steward employees through the onboarding process and ensure successful completion of all items on the onboarding checklist (e.g. background and drug tests, Zenefits profile, I9 documentation, onboarding training, initial certification testing) 
    • Track employees across time and analyze drivers of employee turnover 
    • Support the HR Manager during separation processes and manage the offboarding checklist to ensure security compliance

     

    Certification Management  

    • Ensuring that clinicians have all necessary credentials and documentation (BACB, BLS, Safety Care, diplomas, etc.) up-to-date and uploaded in our HR system 
    • Manage Credentialing paperwork for clinicians and streamline completion and submission process 
    • Ensure employee compliance and signatures on documents

     

    Generalist Responsibilities 

    • Uncover employee motivators while partnering with the HR Manager and clinical leadership to create systems that build on these motivators to drive engagement 

    • Help facilitate the performance management process  

    • Aid in organizing a variety of professional development trainings and initiatives 

    • Lean in on projects as needed to help drive the HR department's success
