Job Description
We are currently hiring a Customer Account Manager. Qualified individuals will be responsible for but not limited to:
· Building relationships with current and new customers
· Entering Purchase orders in the system
· Verifying purchase orders with customers and production team
· Scheduling Customer First Runs
· Respond to Customer inquires
· Assist customers with shipping details and product pickup
· Assist team members with answering the phone
· Assist management team with email correspondence and customer account research
Requirements:
· Proficient in all MS Office Systems
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Excellent math skills
This is a full time position, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday and some overtime,.
