An Evaluation Specialist at Carolina Crawlspace Pros is the face of the company and it's important to continue our reputation of excellent service. As an Evaluation Specialist you will conduct crawl space inspections and educate the customers on the importance of having a clean, healthy, moisture controlled crawl space or basement. What we offer: Uncapped commission plan Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday Training and support Provide high quality leads Job Description: -Must be comfortable being in tight areas that may be dirty, have water or wildlife/pests present -Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and company image -Travel to pre-scheduled leads to conduct onsite crawl space or basement inspections -Educate the homeowner on the issues found in the crawl space or basement and provide solutions to correct the issues. Common crawl space concerns are: high moisture levels, standing water, mold/fungal growth, water intrusion -Manage customers expectations -Maintain contact with customers to create a pipeline -Attend office meetings -Communicate with office staff and installers the scope of work -Use and update CRM to create estimates for each lead completed Ideal Candidates have: -Excellent people and communication skills -The ability to work autonomously and is a self-starter -Previous in home sales experience (Preferred) -Crawl space, construction, home inspection, pest control experience (Preferred) -A positive attitude -The ability to be trained and receive feedback -Valid driver's license -Reliable transportation -No experience necessary - we are willing to train the right candidates!
