    This position offers advancement opportunities.

    This is an hourly wage position. Base wage is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour and is based on experience.

    Paid Vacation will be provided. One (1) week of vacation will be provided per annum and will increase based on years of service.

    The company offers ten (11) paid holidays.

    Participate in company profit-sharing program after meeting entry requirements.

    Mileage reimbursement is offered based on work-related usage.

    Job Summary

    Plans, develops, and establishes systems and procedures for office/showroom related activities in accordance with directives established by the President or General Manager, by performing duties personally or through subordinates.

    Responsibilities

    The Office Administrator is responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of general office processes. This involves coordination among departments to ensure that service and quality objectives are fulfilled. He/she helps to manage the customer’s experience with the company and its employees. Other duties may be assigned.

    A responsibility is an area you oversee and administrate. Often this includes delegating the task. The Office Administrator however, holds the accountability. This frequently involves setting up a system to see that the responsibility is fulfilled. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    Answers the phones and services customers accordingly or directs the call to the appropriate party. During our busy and steady periods, this is a primary activity.

    Provides first contact engagement with walk-in customers and other visitors.

    Oversee newly-launched promotional product program which includes creation and distribution of frequent email marketing blasts. Manages all promotional orders (sales commissions paid).

    Performs lead and customer follow-up calls on a timely basis and coordinates with the production department accordingly.

    Responsible for making collection calls and delegating to appropriate project party as required.

    Assists with the preparation, submission and monitoring of permit applications to various city and county organizations.

    Prepares invoices.

    Manage all social media posts and comments/inquiries.

    Procures office supplies.

    Fulfills errands for office on an as-needed basis.

    Audits and communicates customer complaints with management/ownership.

    Recommends to team improvements and other procedures to prevent future complaints of similar nature.

    Responsible for finished product left at front office for pickup.

    Must possess a positive demeanor

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Valid Drivers License

    Minimum of three years experience in an office or customer service position

    Excellent communication skills in fluent English, including the ability to present and speak in public

    Ability to exercise integrity at the moment of choice

    Ability to think and reason strategically

    Comprehensive computer skills including software (Windows, Office, database experience), hardware, programs, and applications

    Proven experience in a supervisory capacity
