Required Skills Required Experience

• Reliable transportation and regular attendance
• Must be able to use power wash machine and use repetitive motion with machine and wash brushes, squeegees etc.
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
• Mechanical knowledge is helpful.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English 
• Must be able to pay attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work with various cleaning soaps and chemicals.
• Must be flexible with hours and days worked. Weekend work is required. 
• Able to work in a team as well as individually
