  • Responsibilities

    • The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations with information management. • The Administrative assistant is responsible for maintaining client data in an efficient manner.  Responsibilities: • Monitor inbound fax work list and dispatch orders appropriately. • Scan, index and maintain all patient files within the Brightree Document Management software. • Gather client information necessary to establish and maintain records. • Process and format all work orders into electronic format via mobile delivery platform. • Coordinate and implement general office services such as ordering supplies, scheduling O2 checks, and other administrative activities. • Problem solve discrepancies in information documented. • Maintain client data in an efficient manner, provides reports when needed. • Perform administrative work such as typing, filing, sorting, and distributing mail. • Exercise sound judgment and confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information. • Operate personal computer to access basic office support software. • Exercise administrative judgment. Assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Demonstrate strong organizational skills. • Ability to recognize and direct information to the appropriate health care provider. • Excellent computer and typing skills. • 1 year experience in HME Customer Service preferred. Compensation: $12 - $15 Hourly
