    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative in the College Point, NY area to maintain existing customers and develop new customers with respect to Company goals. 

    Required Skills

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining existing customers, developing new customers, and providing customer service including but not limited to; pricing, freight quoting/tracking as well as providing full system packages based on material specifications.

    Essential Functions:

    • Maintain superior customer service with walk-in customers, handle daily calls and emailed inquires
    • Accurately enter orders, as well as continually follow status ensure customers orders are met in a timely fashion
    • Monitor status and lead time of new/existing orders that are being processed
    • Communicate weekly with outside sales managers with any leads and assist in appointment scheduling
    • Suggest relevant products and warrantable systems to customers
    • Review reports and dialogue with Sales Manager on numbers as well as document potential jobs and customer service concerns periodically.
    • Calculate industry related units of measure and conversions of UOM's

    • High School or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 1-2 years of sales experience preferably in the masonry industry
    • Proficient in Microsoft programs with the ability to learn company software
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Analytical and mathematical aptitude, with understanding of business metrics.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
