Job Description

Carousel Motor Group is seeking a ECOMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER to become part of our expanding business by executing the marketing and e-commerce aspect our our new venture. The individual works with the General Manager to plan, build and manage marketing efforts that deliver on our guest experience strategy, drive traffic, conversion and achieve growth goals.

The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will also:

• Serve as the marketing point of contact
• Be well-versed in eCommerce and web platforms best practices
• Manage marketing budget
• Manage website provider quality and responsiveness to changes in keeping with Factory and Dealer requirements
• Audit and report ROI and marketing effectiveness of marketing investments
• Develop and lead the execution of customer service outreach programs
• Further manage multiple marketing areas including online, media, SEO/SEM, store events and community relations, and co-op.
