Abacus Staffing is actively seeking experienced Carpenters – Form Builders and Finishers for long-term projects in the Annapolis and Fort Meade areas. These are direct hire positions with our client, offering steady, ongoing work and excellent long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of form building and finish work for renovations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Ensure Precise measurements, level surface, and secure installations
• Operate hand and power tolls safely and efficiently
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Drug-free and able to pass a background check

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant carpentry experience with commercial, Industrial and Government
• High school diploma or GED; vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
