Responsibilities: • Ensure roofing, floorings, and drywall are compatible and level • Conduct inspections, maintenance, and fix structures • Review blueprints and sketches to understand requirements • Chisel and assemble kitchen cabinets, drywall, siding, and furniture • Quantify, shape, cut, and smooth carpentry materials • As a Carpenter Foreman, you'll lead a small crew (3–4 people) on residential remodeling projects. • You’ll balance hands-on work with project coordination, ensuring jobs run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet our high standards. • From organizing tasks, maintaining timelines, working with subcontractors, and solving on-site challenges, you’ll be the go-to person making it all happen. Qualifications: • Accurate measuring and math skills required • Deep knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques • Valid driver’s license required • Candidate must have successfully completed a carpentry apprenticeship • Excellent physical condition and dexterity You’re a natural leader with a strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail.
