Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Hands-On Craftsmanship: Perform high-end carpentry work daily, with a focus on cabinetry, millwork, and trim. • Oversee Job-Site Quality: You’ll be the eyes and ears to oversee the quality of work completed by our team and our trade partners, ensuring that the work is completed accurately based on work order drawings, communicating progress to our project coordinator, and ultimately ensuring projects are completed to our high-quality standards. • Client Communication: Be the face of our company on the job site, providing customers with answers to any on-site questions, presenting solutions to project hiccups, and providing outstanding customer service. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of residential carpentry and remodeling experience (cabinetry/trim experience strongly preferred). • Background in high-end residential work—you know what it takes to deliver quality at a luxury level. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps for project communication and tracking. • Strong communicator, both written and in-person, with homeowners and trade partners. • A customer-first mindset—you understand that how we treat clients is just as important as the work itself. • Dependable, detail-driven, and committed to doing things the right way. • Must live in the Concord/Charlotte area with reliable transportation. • Valid NC driver’s license and clean driving record required. Compensation: $52,000 - $65,000 yearly
