We’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of a project. You’ll manage construction from start to finish, coordinate with clients and our design team, and help bring unique, design-driven ideas to life. We offer competitive pay based on experience. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of construction, framing, and finishing • Comfortable managing projects and working directly with clients • Take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving • Should have your own small tools, reliable transportation, and a professional appearance • Lead and supervise a crew of carpenters and laborers on active jobsites • Coordinate daily activities and the sequencing of work • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and details • Identify and resolve field conditions and constructability issues • Coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors as needed • Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and organization • Ensure work meets company quality standards and project specifications • Communicate clearly with Project Managers, designers, and homeowners • Assist with material planning, deliveries, and on-site inventory • Mentor and train less-experienced carpenters • Document progress with photos, notes, and punch lists as required Qualifications: • 7–10+ years of residential carpentry experience • 2–3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role • Strong proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry • Excellent understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing • Ability to read and execute from detailed construction drawings • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Professional demeanor with clients and team members • Ability to work independently and take ownership of job-site outcomes • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical jobsite tasks Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
