RESPONISIBILITIES

Make recommendations on construction materials needed for projects

Shape or cut materials to specific measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws

Study work orders and plans to determine required work

Build and repair structures as needed for roofing and construction projects

Assist with building additional items for the office or special projects

Follow all company and departmental safety policies and procedures

Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely

Other duties and responsibilities as needed for the company.

IDEAL CANIDATE

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques used in building, repair, and remodeling

Comfortable working at heights and following safety procedures

Good communication, customer service, and leadership skills

Effective problem-solving abilities

Strong physical stamina and endurance, with the ability to lift heavy materials safely

Valid driver’s license required

Ability to work full-time with occasional overtime when necessary

All phases of carpentry

Insulation installation
