    Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with at least 2 years of hands-on experience repairing fascia boards, exterior trim, decks, and balconies. This role focuses on repair and replacement work, often following termite or dry rot damage. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, professional work and understands the importance of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Repair and replace damaged fascia boards, trim, decking, and balcony components

    Perform carpentry work related to termite and dry rot repairs

    Remove and replace damaged wood with proper materials and fastening methods

    Work on residential homes, condos, and HOA properties

    Follow job specifications, safety protocols, and company standards

    Communicate clearly with supervisors and jobsite teams

    Maintain clean and organized job sites

    Requirements

    Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience (exterior repair experience required)

    Strong experience with fascia, trim, decks, and balconies

    Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials

    Familiarity with basic hand and power tools

    Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders and elevated surfaces

    Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

    Preferred (Not Required)

    Experience working on HOA or multi-family properties

    Termite or dry rot repair experience
