    We are looking for a capable and skilled carpenter to join our team. You’ll take direction from the project manager to help construct and maintain strong and long-lasting buildings and products. You are great at reading blueprints and have excellent hand dexterity, with a can-do attitude. Responsibilities: • Construct window and door frames, rafters, partitions, and stairways • Calculate, shape, cut, and smooth materials • Carve and build kitchen cabinets, siding, drywall, and furniture • Examine and repair structures • Certify drywall, roofing, and flooring are level and compatible • As a Carpenter Foreman, you'll lead a small crew (3–4 people) on residential remodeling projects. • You’ll balance hands-on work with project coordination, ensuring jobs run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet our high standards. • From organizing tasks, maintaining timelines, working with subcontractors, and solving on-site challenges, you’ll be the go-to person making it all happen. Qualifications: • Strong measuring and math skills required • Valid driver’s license required • High school diploma or GED preferred • Excellent physical condition and dexterity • Deep knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques You’re a natural leader with a strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail. You take initiative, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative setting. • Proven experience in carpentry • Solid understanding of construction processes, tools, and safety standards • Strong communication and leadership skills Compensation: $75,000 - $78,000 yearly
