    Pay Range: $33-$35

    • Offering Per-diem and Travel Pay

    Under supervision, the Carpenter Foreman is a leadership role responsible for supervising carpentry crews and ensuring project execution meets quality, safety and timeline standards.

    Required Skills

    • Interpret blueprints and manage project layouts.
    • Oversee measuring, cutting, shaping and assembly of wood and other materials.
    • Oversee detail work; placement and securement of glulam members.
    • Oversee setting of beams.
    • Oversee measuring, cutting, screwing glulam panels into place (fasten and attach to beams).
    • Minor field fabrication (panels are pre-cut and notched).
    • Enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
    • Report progress and issues to upper management.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience

    • 5+ years of wood framing carpentry experience with a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and construction methods.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
    • Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
    • Possession of and proficiency with basic carpentry tools, layout tools
    • Glulam timber experience a plus.
    • Ability to work as part of a team with other trades; ironworkers in particular.
    • Ability to work at heights with fall protection.
