Pay Range: $33-$35

Under supervision, the Carpenter Foreman is a leadership role responsible for supervising carpentry crews and ensuring project execution meets quality, safety and timeline standards.
Required Skills
- Interpret blueprints and manage project layouts.
- Oversee measuring, cutting, shaping and assembly of wood and other materials.
- Oversee detail work; placement and securement of glulam members.
- Oversee setting of beams.
- Oversee measuring, cutting, screwing glulam panels into place (fasten and attach to beams).
- Minor field fabrication (panels are pre-cut and notched).
- Enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Report progress and issues to upper management.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience
- 5+ years of wood framing carpentry experience with a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and construction methods.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
- Possession of and proficiency with basic carpentry tools, layout tools
- Glulam timber experience a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team with other trades; ironworkers in particular.
- Ability to work at heights with fall protection.
