We are hiring a Carpenter Helper to assist with caulking and sealing solar panel systems on commercial projects in the Raleigh area. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing industry with steady work.

Responsibilities:

• Apply caulking and sealants to solar panel installations
• Prep surfaces and ensure proper sealing for weatherproofing
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards

Requirements:

• Experience with caulking required
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Ability to use ladders and lifts
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
