We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Carpenter Helper / Laborer to join our crew for ongoing construction work in Scarborough, ME. This position will focus on form carpentry, concrete work, rough carpentry, and general labor tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete work including mixing, pouring, and finishing
• Build and strip concrete forms
• Perform general rough carpentry tasks
• Assist with site cleanup and material handling
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Support the crew with labor duties when needed
• Follow job site safety procedures and instructions

Requirements

• Experience with concrete work and/or form carpentry preferred
• Basic carpentry and construction knowledge
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
• Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work with a team
• English speaking required for communication on job sites

Preferred

• Experience on residential or commercial construction sites
• Ability to read measurements and use common construction tools
• OSHA certification is a plus, but not required
