Responsibilities: What You'll Execute: • Frame, trim, hang doors, install cabinets, and build custom millwork to architectural drawings • Read blueprints and shop drawings accurately. Translate the page into a finished room. • Coordinate alongside electrical, plumbing, and HVAC so trades hand off cleanly • Maintain a safe site (PPE, OSHA standards, hazard reporting). Zero incidents is the standard. • Communicate progress to the Foreman and PM. We operate on facts, not surprises. • Maintain your tools. Treat company materials and vehicles like they're your own. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • 2+ years residential carpentry experience preferred (framing through trim) • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Your numbers are exact. • Able to read blueprints and technical drawings • Physically capable: lift 90 lbs, comfortable on ladders, roofs, and in crawl spaces • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record • OSHA 10 preferred or obtainable within 90 days (paid by HEI) • Local to Northeast Indiana • High school diploma or GED The Standard (What We Demand): • Craftsmanship: You do it right the first time.
